Mohamed Faisal brings over 22 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, and corporate finance across the GCC. He was appointed CEO of Muscat Global Investment Development LLC following 11 successful years as Group Head of Investment Banking at Muscat Global Investment Development LLC. Earlier in his career, Mohamed Faisal held senior roles at Capital Investment in Dubai, Najd Investments, Unicorn Capital, NBD Sana Capital (Emirates NBD), NCB Capital, and Eastgate Capital. He currently serves as a board member of Al Marwa Group and as Chairman for Flow Mena Residential Real Estate Fund 1. Mohamed Faisal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University, Canada.
Abdul Wahid Ahmed Bukhari

With over 24 years of experience in the technology sector across public and private domains, Abdul Wahid Ahmed Bukhari was appointed Vice Chairman.of Muscat Global Investment Development LLC in 2023. Prior to assuming his position, he served as the Director of Technology and the Ministry of Finance and National Economy. Abdul Wahid Ahmed Bukhari actively participates in membership roles in organizations such as the External Validation Committee of the General Administration of the National Qualifications Framework and the Council of the College of Information Technology at the University of Sultanate of Oman. Founding and chairing Oman's Technology and Business Association. He holds an MBA from the Malaysian Open University, a computer science bachelor's degree from the University of Oman, and specialized certificates in technology, finance, and business science.
Mohammed Karim Najeeb

Mohammed Karim Najeeb brings over 15 years of extensive experience in corporate finance and deal advisory, including significant tenure within the Big Four professional services firms. Prior to joining Muscat Global Investment Development LLC, he served as Director – Mergers & Acquisitions at KPMG, Saudi Arabia, where he successfully led and executed transactions with a combined value exceeding USD 4 billion.
His professional career also includes senior audit roles at PwC, where he developed strong expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Mohammed Karim Najeeb is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University. He is recognized for his strategic insight, transactional leadership, and ability to drive complex investment initiatives to successful completion.
Al Mutlaq Mohammed Hussain

Al Mutlaq Mohammed Hussain is a seasoned finance professional with over 17 years of experience spanning financial management, accounting, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and taxation.
Prior to joining Muscat Global Investment Development LLC, he served as Head of Internal Control and Taxation at SICO BSC (c), Bahrain, where he played a key role in strengthening compliance frameworks and financial governance. Earlier in his career, he worked with the former Bahraini Saudi Bank, which was subsequently acquired by Al Salam Bank, gaining valuable experience in banking operations and financial oversight.
Al Mutlaq Mohammed Hussain is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy, USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Qatar.
He brings strong strategic insight, risk management expertise, and leadership capabilities to his role, contributing to the organization’s investment growth and financial stability.

Al Mutairi Mobarak is the CIO of Muscat Global Investment Development LLC and Member of Investment Committee. He was an advisor to H.E. Minister of Investment, MISA. He worked at National Company Promotion Program, Deutsche Gulf Finance, Andalus Capital (US), & Alinma Investment Company. He holds an MBA from FDU University (USA), and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from KSU, a postgraduate degree in Investment and finance from IPA. Al Mutairi Mobarak is also a CFA Charteholder.
Mohammed Hamood Nasser

Mohammed Hamood Nasser has over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Alexandria University and He has earned multiple certifications, including Certified Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Technical Accountant, Diplomas in Strategic Financial Management, General Certificate in Saudi Securities Dealing (CME-1), and International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (CISI-CME 4).
Mohammed Shuhadeh Soliman El Daghmah

He possesses a wealth of experience in the banking industry, with a career spanning over 18 years, during which he has held executive leadership positions at major Saudi banking institutions. where he implemented numerous development and transformation programs. In addition to the aforementioned roles, Mr. Mohammed also serves as board member of the Saudi Fintech Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alinma Bank, and as Deputy Chairman of Ersal Money Transfer Corp.

He possesses a wealth of experience in the banking industry, with a career spanning over 30 years, during which he has held executive leadership positions at major Saudi banking institutions. These include Arab National Bank, Al-Rajhi Bank, and Banque Saudi Fransi, where he implemented numerous development and transformation programs. In addition to the aforementioned roles. Mr. AlKhalifa obtained his bachelor's degree in accounting from King Saud University and received a master's degree in accounting from the University of Miami.
